The Queens County Farm Museum is hosting a Halloween-themed event Sunday that will include trick or treating, spooky hayrides and a haunted farmhouse.

The event, called Halloween on the Farm, will take place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the 73-50 Little Neck Pkwy farm and all attendees are encouraged to come dressed in creative costumes.

There will be nine different trick-or-treat stations in total with farm animals at each station.

Halloween on the Farm will also feature food and drink vendors, crafts, as well as a dance party with live music by DJ Still1.

Attendees can tour the farm in Halloween-themed hayrides while there will also be an ecology booth providing recycling tips.

Visitors will also get a chance to explore the farm’s 3-acre corn maize called the Amazing Maize Maze. The maize forms part of the farm’s regular fall season program.

Amazing Maize Maze was designed in the shape of a ram’s head and is inspired by a painting by artist Georgia O’Keeffe. The painting, called “Ram’s Head, Blue Morning Glory,” symbolizes O’Keeffe’s respect for land and culture.

Tickets for the day’s event are priced at $20 each and can be purchased by clicking here. Entrance is free for 3-year-olds and under.

The farm’s pumpkin expansive pumpkin patch will also be open. Entry to the pumpkin patch incurs an additional charge.
