NYPD: Pomonok Houses Man, 59, Found Stabbed to Death

Police are investigating the stabbing of a 59-year-old man who was found dead in his Pomonok Houses home last night. 

The victim, Raul Tejada, was found stabbed at 67-33 Kissena Blvd, police said. Tejada’s brother found him and called 911 at around 10:13 p.m.

Emergency responders found Tejada lying on the ground unconscious and with multiple stab wounds to his torso. A knife was found near his body, police said.

Emergency responders pronounced him dead on the scene.

The medical examiner will determine the cause of Tejada’s death, police said.

No one has been arrested, and the investigation is ongoing.
