NYPD: Man breaks into office building next to Sam Ash, gets nothing

A man broke into a Forest Hills office building but took nothing, according to police.

The unidentified man entered the office building at 113-25 Queens Boulevard (between Sam Ash and New York Music and Arts) through an unlocked window at 2:05 a.m. on July 24. The man then searched the area, and left without taking any property.

The NYPD has released a photo and surveillance video of the individual, who is wanted for questioning.

Surveillance video shows the individual, described by NYPD to be between 25 to 30 years of age, 5’8”, and 180 pounds, opening a door with the flashlight on his phone activated as he walks through the office space.

Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS.

Individual wanted for questioning by NYPD.
