NYPD: Man Breaks into Kew Gardens Building, Steals Construction Tool

The police are looking for a man who broke into the basement of an Austin Street building and stole a construction tool.

Police released video footage today of a man they believe broke into an 84th Road and Austin Street building through a locked door and then took the tool around 8:30 p.m. on June 6.

The suspect is described as Hispanic, in his 50s and was last seen wearing a light tan jacket and dark pants.

The video and photos were taken from the scene of the incident, police said.
