A 40-year-old man is dead after being shot inside a Woodhaven home Sunday.

Police responded to a 911 call of a shooting at 84-12 91st Ave. at 2:13 p.m. and upon arrival discovered a man with a gunshot wound to his back.

The victim, Shaka Ifill, was still alive when cops arrived and he told them that his girlfriend and her mother were responsible for the shooting, according to the New York Daily News.

Ifill was transferred to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center but succumbed to his injuries at 6:25 p.m., police said.

Ifill, who is from the Bronx, had recently moved into the house a few weeks earlier to live with his girlfriend and their baby, the New York Daily News reported. Cops responded to a domestic violence call at the house last week involving the couple, according to the publication.

Cops are looking to question Ifill’s girlfriend and her mother in relation to the incident.

No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing, police said.
