NYPD: Man ‘Manipulated his Private Parts” in Front of Woman on R Train

The police are looking for a man who allegedly “manipulated his private parts” in front of a 20-year woman on the R train earlier this week.

The suspect was on the R train on Wednesday, Feb. 21 at about 11:00 a.m. when he starting masturbating while seated across from the victim. The suspect exited the train at the Queens Plaza station and fled in an unknown direction.

The woman took a photo of the suspect.

The suspect is described as black, bald; last seen wearing a blue hooded coat, a black sweater, blue jeans and black and white sneakers.
