Sarah McLachlan and the New York Pops will be performing at Forest Hills Stadium this Friday, Aug. 2.

The three-time Grammy award winning artist will make her Forest Hills debut alongside the New York Pops under Music Director Steven Reineke.

The New York Pops is the largest independent pops orchestra in the United States and the only professional symphonic orchestra in New York City that specializes in popular music.

McLachlan, meanwhile, is best known for her emotional ballads and is a staple artist on adult-contemporary and pop radio.

The concert, titled “An Intimate Evening with Sarah McLachlan and the New York Pops,” will combine the two musical styles, showcasing McLachlan classics in a unique way.

This will be the fifth annual appearance of the New York Pops at Forest Hills Stadium.

Ticket pricing starts at $29.50 ranging up to $129.50.

Forest Hills Stadium (1 Tennis Place Forest Hills, New York 11375) is near the Forest Hills station on the LIRR and the 71st-Continental station on the E, F, M, and R lines.

Admittance to the stadium begins at 6:00 p.m. and the show begins at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets are available for purchase at ForestHillsStadium.com.
