Existing building

Oct. 2, 2017 By Tara Law

A Brooklyn-based developer filed plans on Sept. 27 with the Buildings Department to construct a 6-story apartment building at 97-29 64th Road in Rego Park.

The mixed-use building will consist of 33 apartments, ground floor retail store and community facilities.

The building will offer 23 parking spaces.

A 2-story building currently exists at the site. An application for demolition was filed and approved on Sept. 12.

The owner of the site is listed as Quincy Realty, which is based in Sunset Park.
