Developer files plans for 6-unit building in Rego Park

99-55 63rd Road (GMaps)

A developer filed plans with the Buildings Dept. Monday to construct a three-story, six unit building on 63rd Road in Rego Park.

The plans call for a 5,003 square foot building– to be located at 99-55 63rd Road –that would consist of a two apartments on each floor.

The site is currently home to a vacant one-story home. The developer has yet to file for a demolition permit.

John Chen of John Chen Architect is the project’s architect and Regina Zhou of Rego Park Partner LLC is the developer.
